Assurant System Update?


    I have the Assurant phone insurance and filed a claim 1.5 months ago. Got the new phone fine, returned the other one, but keep getting letters saying they haven't received it yet. When I called, I was told there is a system update in progress and the phone is probably in a warehouse somewhere. I just moved states (AD military) so I don't have the tracking number anymore.I was also told to disregard the notices.  When I asked if I could be provided with an email or some kind of written confirmation of this, I was not given one. I am slightly concerned about this and don't really want to end up being charged because of confusion and/or the phone being lost in transit- has anyone else been having this issue recently?
