Refund owed on a closed account

    I received a final statement saying I would get a refund credited to me after I closed a post-paid account. I called to verify the status of my refund and T-Mobile representatives are now saying that there are complications because my debit card expired (this is untrue-I updated my card well before the account was closed). I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone and want this issue resolved. It's very frustrating as I have been put on hold with various representatives for upwards of two hours. The chat feature doesn't work either.

    I'm owed a lot of money and I think it's incredibly unprofessional for TMobile to withhold money of mine. I'm still a customer with a prepaid account now and I have been a customer for 14 years. I don't think I can trust a company that steals my money.
