You should try the steps listed on our Errors: 'Force close', 'App has stopped' on Android . I know that may not be the exact error you're getting, but it's got some helpful tips that can resolve this for you.
LG and TMO won't take responsibility for this issue. What are we supposed to do? Any fix in sight?
Same issue here. Dumb phone constantly disconnects from my 2017 Ford Focus. Also whenever I make a call, android auto crashes. I don't even like using the app anymore because it's such a pain. My old phone never did this. I really hate my this LG phone. I've done all the steps from article posted here along with a bunch of other recommended steps. I've set the phone to automatically start when Bluetooth is connected. "Optimized" android auto reset the thing.. There has not been a software update since I bough the phone in May. I hate this phone.
