no confirmation email with purchase, but card was charged.


    hey guys, hopefully someone here can help me.  i ordered a data only plan on the tmobile website.  i ordered it with my email and credit card.  after i ordered it, it said it would come within 3 days and it's been 2 weeks now. i never got a confirmation email about my order but my credit card was charged.  i don't have a phone so i can't call customer support, and i can't talk to anyone online without registering this account with a tmobile number, which i can't do because it hasn't come in the mail.  i tried calling customer support the other day on a friends phone and was on hold for 35 minutes and then i gave up.
