Account Verification Process

    So, I've had my account since Jan and have just recently changed it from a business account to a personal/soul proprietor account. The thing is my account was suspended shortly after for verification purposes and hasn't been reactivated since. I was told to verify by reporting to a T-mobile location with my id ( which I did ) with absolutley no resolution and no phone. That has been going on for three days and since it's staretd I've been in to 7 different stores sone of them 3-4 times faxing my info and social security info. Still after everything they have still yet to give a reason why i've been disrespected and lost in business and home life because I currently can't make any calls or anything even after verifying who I am.
