We are working on it I promise. I know for someone in your position it is super difficult but calling is the only work around we have for the moment.
Is there a timeline on when it should be back up and running. The checker has been down for 2+ weeks now
yeah its been down for a LONG time already....even worse....when i call , reps are telling pretty much all numbers are good! When I know some are not! so i did it as a test and they said they were! so I've stopped dealing with these phones. Which is also bad for Tmo because these people who buy my phones, since most are locked to Tmo, will be signing up for Tmo service! so thats 20 to 40 people a week , just from me that are being lost.
I hope this gets fixed.
