2 Months Service for $800?

After 2 months, I have been charged $639.09 (service). I’ve paid an additional $165.00 in opening this account, despite being told that T-Mobile doesn't charge customers for signing up for service.

Issues: The physical store representative setup the account incorrectly. The customer service representatives don't notate promised credits (1 bar service). Account specialists do not call back as promised. The department manager refuses to let me speak with her supervisor. T-Mobile representatives keep promising to "fix" the account and apply credits, but the bill says otherwise.

Oh my goodness! That is quite a large amount of money to have to pay to get started! Something seems a bit off here and we will need to take a closer look at your account to see what exactly is happening. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, please use the links in my signature to message our T-Force team. They will be able to access your account securely and see what specifically is happening here.
