Did you get charged twice before trying to log on? I did and cant log on to see why...

magenta5613845 I know we were completing some system maintenance over the weekend and that may have caused login interruptions -- were you ever able to log in?mvillicana13 did you have the opportunity to Contact Us so that an internal team could look into this for you? We absolutely need to get to the bottom of this payment concern, but in a safe way -- if online connections are best for you, our T-Force team on Twitter and FB do have a secure platform to take your account credentials and get you verified so that we can check out that payment history! Thanks for checking in, Chris - I am still unable to log into my TMO account. I get this message:
"Oh no! You are not authorized to access this account." I have never been able to access my account since I renewed it on July 21. Prior to that, on an older phone #, I always could. CS reps on the phone said I would be able shortly; one said maybe a couple of week, another said 48 hours.

magenta5602053 Oh yikes! So you already contacted us about this? Do you know if a support ticket was mentioned? I would assume so since you were given a time frame.

I also have this problem for last 2 weeks. I cannot log in, and now I am out of the country and cannot make payment, or get the app installed on my phone. I am in a dead-end. You are forcing me to find another operator. How do you run a national service and have a broken website? I now tried Firefox, Chrome and IE and Edge.
How on earth is your server at 3am in the morning TOO BUSY?
Are you planning to fix it still this year?

I know you said you are out of the country so calling 611 is not going to work for you to make the payment. You can however call our international number at no cost to you at +1-505-998-3793. There are no updates at the moment, but we know how important it is to be able to allow our customers to self-serve so it’s definitely a priority.
