tmobile network is bad

         why is the network so horrible? i can tell you what time i am unable to connect.... 10 am, 1 pm, 3 pm 5 pm. every 2 or 3 hours there's no connection.

        That's rough this is happening to you but we want you to have a solid connection as often as possible. What phone are you using? Is this only happening in a specific location? Does the phone have signal and give you an error or no signal at all during these times?

            Does it really matter what phone i use? Its j7 fyi. I have signal anywhere and no connections. Most tmobile subscribers i know have the same problems

            That's rough this is happening to you but we want you to have a solid connection as often as possible. What phone are you using? Is this only happening in a specific location? Does the phone have signal and give you an error or no signal at all during these times?

                Thanks for that info. Is a specific service (like only calls) not working or does it matter what you're doing. When you look at the service near the signal, does it show if you're connected to 2G, 3G, 4G? Sorry for all the questions, but they'll help us figure out the right way to help get this fixed for you.

                    It says 4g but the arrows is gray and not moving. 3 bars then i have to restart phone constantly. Internet, apps do not work

                I'd like to see if this is something going on with just your 4G service or other connections. Can you please switch the phone over to 3G ONLY to see if you're able to use the service?
