iOS T-Mobile app doesn't work - how can I fix it?


    I used the previous version of the T-Mobile app on my iPhone 7 without any problem.  However, the app was recently redesigned, and ever since then, I haven't been able to get the app to work.


    I can log in, but then everything is greyed out, and I can't even see the amount of data I've used. (I was able to access usage information and information about my plan in the previous app.)


    I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting the phone, in addition to logging out and logging back in several times. I can see usage and plan information when I log in on the website just fine.


    Any ideas?
