Hey, vastdeferens! Sorry you were stuck in this odd predicament! We do have an international roaming customer care line -- you can find it on our Contact Us page -- but of course without signal, placing a call to that team is going to be super tricky! You can call it from a local phone but there will be long distance charges, whereas placing the call from a phone with your T-Mobile SIM shouldn't incur those.
Our platform here in the Support Community isn't secure for account verification or payments; but on Twitter and FB, our T-Force teams do have a method to safely take your account information and help get your payment placed!
