Tracking ID shown unavailable

    T-Mobile Team,

     

    I switched to T-Mobile line with buy one get one offer and submitted my claim to on 06/21/2018. Tracking ID status was shown as "Received" for ~2 weeks but it turned out "Unavailable" since last couple of days.

     

    Can you please look into the same and advise the next steps. Also let me know a secure way i can share my Tracking ID
