Contact Info


    I am beyond frustrated and I have made every attempt to remedy my problem with no luck.  I started with the store, moved to customer service online and via phone calls, then escalated it to some email address that never responds and finally emailed the CEO (like he would ever read my emails) and NOTHING.  I am hoping someone has a point of contact to anyone that will address me and help me find a solution.  My biggest frustration with all of this, I originally left T-Mobile and went to ATT for this exact reason, lackluster customer service.  I just recently switched back and find this to be a huge mistake.  So, if anyone out there can provide me with some contact information I would greatly appreciate it.  Have a great day!
