I haven't seen any reports of this on our Support Community, however, looking around the web I can see that you're not alone. Samsung has been advising users to back up and reset their devices. After resetting the S7 Edge, users have reported some improvement but not all call functionality has returned. You can follow these steps to reset your device: Device resets: Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
