Yikes, magenta3528230! The ability to dial out is pretty important. You mentioned that you entered APNs you found online -- were they these: BYOD T-Mobile data & APN settings or were they some you saw elsewhere? Were you able to delete your device's original APN settings?
Just wanted to check in here to see how things were going. Are you still unable to call out on your S7 edge?
