If you were never a Tmobile customer Tmobile won't be able to unlock it for you.
But I was I actually have the SIM yet ♂️ But here in Brazil T-Mobile
There's usage requirements plus other requirements.
For the usage requirements you need to have used it for 40 days on a postpaid plan
and a year or $100 in refills for a prepaid plan.
The last user wasn’t i, and I don’t have the account, the name of the last
user is DONTE BASS, and he doesn’t pass me any account, and now I’m at my
home in Brazil and here doesn’t have T-Mobile, it doesn’t work here so what
should I do ?
I contacted him but he doesn’t want to pass me the account, he actually
Only the original account holder can request the code, sorry.
I would try reselling the phone to someone in the USA that could use it on the Tmobile network
but I would be worried this Donte Bass has reported the phone as lost or stolen and it's now blocked.
Check this link to see if it can be used on the Tmobile network.
And I need you from T-Mobile to unlock it, here it goes the pic of T-Mobile
SIM CARD, I used it in Jersey City but, it blocked my phone to your career
idk what happened I think was it and now I need to unlock cuz I’m not in
Jersey City anymore and in Brazil T-Mobile doesn’t work as I said
I’m sending my IMEI number I think you will need it
This is an Apple policy. Did you buy the phone from Best Buy , Walmart or other
3rd party resellers like this?
If so they failed to tell you the phone would lock to the first sim inserted.
Your best bet is to contact Tmobile through facebook messenger or twitter to see
if Apple can add the imei# into Tmobile's data base so if you meet the requirements
for the unlock code , Tmobile can unlock it for you. If you don't meet the requirements
Tmobile won't be able to unlock it for you.
