"Please enter a valid Order Number"


    I ordered a prepaid Sim kit for a new phone and I checked out as a guest, because I could not check out via my account (because I'm on prepaid). I received a confirmation number, but when I check my order status it always says Please enter a valid Order Number. even when I copy and paste the order number from the email into the box and making sure there are no spaces in front or behind the number.


    Been on a long support call and after the 4th representative asked if she could transfer me I had to decline, I cannot be on the phone this long for something this simple. They cannot find my order. I ordered on Sunday and today is Tuesday and payment for the transaction has not been processed.


    Does the order system not work for checkout as guest?

    Does the order system only report when an order is filled or payment has been processed?
