[Mobile network state: Disconnected] How do I fix?


    I joined my mom's family plan and got the amazing 2 extra lines for $20 deal.


    I was able to buy 1 phone immediately (Samsung Galaxy s7, 32gb) back in March 2018, but had to wait till this last week to order a second S7.


    The 1st SIM works fine, but the 2nd SIM when placed in the new phone today (07.02.18) doesn't show a phone number and the mobile network shows as disconnected. The phone connects to the internet through WiFi fine.


    What do I do?
