I've found my old note 7 that I've used during my trip to the USA, that I've bought in T-mobile. Now I work in Ukraine. I've got the phone and original packing I didn't switch it on in Ukraine and I don't use it here. Is the program of changing the phone still active and what are the requirements? The phone and packing is without any visible damage. Thank you in advance
We certainly wanna help you with your phone. Just so I'm on the same page, what exactly are you trying to do with the phone? Are you trying to exchange it for another phone?
I think you might have replied on another thread, but the warranty on the phone is for a year. If you have the extended warranty, then you'd be able to replace it with the same device. You do have the option to upgrade to the Note8 but there'll likely be a cost for it.
