    I have recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile with  a military plan/  I still owed money on my ST&T phone.  With the change from AT&T to  T-Mobile does not pay the balance of my AT&T phone?

        Hey Herb!

         

        It's not an automatic payoff, there are certain requirements (specific carriers, ports, etc.) that need to be switched as well as some info to fill out. Did you initiate the reimbursement process at time of activation?
