Unable to purchase prepaid data pass


    I have been unable to purchase a data pass today through the My T Mobile site.  Tried different cards, including types of cards, etc.  Keep getting this:

    Waits on phone line listed is ridiculous, after several stops with different employees.  Is there a "Status Page" or other info as to when this will be fixed?
