I believe that information relating to lines will require the primary account holder to request for it. I think you should get the P.A.H to get help for you.

Welcome to our Support Community! What type of usage records are you looking for (calls, data, text, payments, etc)? What type of account do you have (postpaid or prepaid)? This info may help you out: Check your usage. It sounds like you may be on a postpaid account and if that's the case, your My T-Mobile permissions need to be updated. To have your permissions updated, you'll have to chat with the primary account holder (PAH) as lmaocean mentioned.
