Alcatel Linkzone Help


    3169BB3B-BA62-4CCF-A6D9-AF8DB1A33885.pnghello. everytime i go to renew my plan it gives me an error. ive called support and they tell me that i have data already, when it shows i do not, and everytime i go to renew it tells me that there was an error or glitch and if it continues to call support but thats obviously not helping because it goes no where. ive used two different cards to try to renew but still nothing. please help.
