PLEASE can someone tell me, why cant customer service REMOVE any of the lines that are INACTIVE.
These lines are INACTIVE because we RETURNED / JUMPED the devices.
There is NO reason that I should be charged for mobile line services that I CANT EVEN USE CAUSE I DONT EVEN HAVE THE DEVICES.
THIS IS FRUSTRATING ME.
Because it has been almost A FULL YEAR that Ive been trying to even do this.
Apparently their customer service has NO IDEA on how to do this, or theyre trying to lock you into lines by trying to be slick.
IM SO sick and tired of this.
If this continues to happen, Im just going to switch services to somewhere else, because this is getting too much.
How are you charging me $159 for something that does not exist. PLEASE tell me.
