Notification of changes to status of support tickets


    Yesterday I opened a rather complex suppport ticket. I do not expect it to be resolved in one or two days or even a week.


    How can I keep up to date with T-Mobile's progress towards resolution without constantly calling T-Mobile support?


    Surely T-Mobile can send me text updates notifying me of changes in status of my ticket. They do this when I pay a my bill or open a support ticket. Then if I want to know the DETAILS of the changes to the ticket I can login to view the update / changes.
