Yesterday I opened a rather complex suppport ticket. I do not expect it to be resolved in one or two days or even a week.
How can I keep up to date with T-Mobile's progress towards resolution without constantly calling T-Mobile support?
Surely T-Mobile can send me text updates notifying me of changes in status of my ticket. They do this when I pay a my bill or open a support ticket. Then if I want to know the DETAILS of the changes to the ticket I can login to view the update / changes.
Knowing the status of your ticket is always helpful and to not have to constantly call in would be more helpful! Currently, we do not have automatic notifications when the status of your ticket changes, however, you have the option of working with T-Force via Facebook or Twitter if that's more convenient than calling in.
