So I am going to Canada for about 45 days (starting in August). I know after what happened last year (notice of extended use), I would like to have some clarity on Tmobile's roaming policy.
So what is the actually definition of extended use? How can I use my phone for the duration without service interruptions?
If I buy the data passes, would this be an issue?
FYI, I have the Simple Choice Family plan.
That's a great question. The best info I could find is the disclaimer at the bottom of our Mobile Without Borders page. Basically, the primary usage has to be in the US. There's not a specified duration we can give before the service will be interrupted.
