Welcome to our Support Community! Let's figure out what's going on. You already mentioned that you're seeing two green bars - where are you seeing the red light at? It's possible that the phone is trying to connect to the first unit versus the second one based upon priority. When this happens, you can also take a look in your WiFi settings to see which one it's connecting to if you have them named differently. Have you tried resetting the second unit yet?
