video not streaming since switching over to military one plan


    I've been to 2 Tmobile stores and was there for 3 hrs at each store with multiple people trying to help me without success. I've had 4 tickets open and talked to the so called specialists who all say it's all good on their end and that it will work in 24 hrs. It has been over 2-3 weeks and still no solution.


    I continue to get the same suggestions and nothing helps. Through this community the only thing that seemed to work was switching to another plan and then switching back to military one. I'm the only one on the plans that this is happening to.  there are 5 of us on the plan. ITS not the PHONE as they switched SIM cards and all and still doesn't work
