1 of 1 people found this helpfulForgive me, but does that mean that you spoke with technical support specifically, as it might be a provisioning error that they can correct? Did T-Mobile try switching the plan and changing it back for you?

Hey there, magenta5319923! I know it's been a few days since your initial post -- how are things going with this? Are you still having trouble, or have you been able to get this ironed out?
Would you be able to give us a few more details about what's happening when you try to stream video? It sounds like you've invested a ton of time into this -- if the tickets that have been opened haven't successfully resolved the issue, then they should be re-opened/escalated for sure! We're not able to make account changes from this public user forum, but we can look up a ticket result if you still have any of those ticket numbers -- and our T-Force team on Twitter/Facebook should be able to re-open them if needed! -
