I am not getting any text message and figured out Text Message Blocking got activated on my account. I didn't turn it on. I am trying to turn off Text Message Blocking, the instructions are:
However when I click Plan there is no such "line to change." and there is no "Manage data and add-ons." I do not have data. I am using the Pay as You Go plan.
How do I turn off text message blocking? The instructions given are incorrect.

When I first set up my account (Pay As You Go $3 a month) I called Customer Care, or 611, and explained that I didn't want messaging or texting it was done. I do get messages from T-Mobile. Will that help?
