How to turn on/off Text Message Blocking on Pay As You Go Plan

    I am not getting any text message and figured out Text Message Blocking got activated on my account. I didn't turn it on. I am trying to turn off Text Message Blocking, the instructions are:

     

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PLAN.
    3. Select the line to change.
    4. Click Manage data and add-ons and follow the on-screen steps.

     

    However when I click Plan there is no such "line to change." and there is no "Manage data and add-ons." I do not have data. I am using the Pay as You Go plan.

     

    How do I turn off text message blocking? The instructions given are incorrect.
