problem with t-mobile app

    The t-mobile app on my phone will not work. I have installed it several times and restated my phone several times as well, but it still wont work. When I open the app it gives me 5 options: Review balance, refill, call us, change plan, and add services. When I select review account details it just shows a blank page with "account details" on top. Anything I can do to get this working? It's an iphone 6 and we just switched from AT&T to TMobile last week.

        Hello! Are you the account owner by any chance? Only the account owner can view everything like account details in the app. Also, have you tried using the computer tmobile website to sign in? If so are you experiencing the same issue there?

            I am the account owner, and I have no problem accessing the account on the computer.

                Are you using the phone you got from AT&T or did you trade it in for a T-Mobile branded device. Our T-Mobile app should work properly with a T-Mobile phone.

                      Do not push your app’s major flaw as a feature.

                      This is not only unheard of, it is simply unacceptable.

                      What kind of a product design mentality is it?

                      I have a factory unlocked iPhone 6s and your crappy app is just junk.
                      In that case, just put it in app’s description that it only works with Tmobile sold iphones and that it does not work with factory unlocked or other unlocked phones.

                      Make sure you inform that people should not download the app. 

                      So, tmobile customers would know that they should not to depend on your app and do not beat themselves up to make it work

                      Whoever designed it and the executives who signed it off are just mindless and do not deserve to be tmobile employees.

                      Hey there! Just wanted to check back in and see if you'd been able to do the SIM test Lauren recommended. While the issue is very likely device compatibility, that's the way to know for certain.

                          I'm having the exact same issue as you.  The only difference is mine is a T-Mobile phone.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active so its isn't an old phone.  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and same thing.  When I open the app it gives me 5 options: Review balance, refill, call us, change plan, and add services. When I select review account details it just shows a blank page with "account details" on top.  None of the buttons at the bottom work either. The Android version on the phone is 8.0.0.  I'm able to view my account online which is the main one, however, now my two pay as you go legacy phones aren't visible online at all.
