New to T-mobile, brought my Apple Watch but having connectivity issues


    Hi there, just switched over to T-Mobile brought my Apple Watch (series 3) with. Reset the apple watch, synched is with my new phone (i phone 8) which worked. Now, no matter how close the proximity to my phone the apple watch will not connect. On the "My watch" app when I select apple id, nothing is found. Is it possible there is an issue with my apple id?
