Missing minutes when I transferred to a new phone


    Got a new phone, but old SIM card of old phone was too big.  Ordered a new SIM card for new phone.  Now new phone, with new SIM, got the phone number transferred, but not my prepaid minutes.  New balance is now "0" zero minutes.  Missing about 1290 minutes...not a small price.  After countless days, many hours of stress and aggravation on the phone and TMobile store (since 19-June-2018 through now 22-June-2018),  TMobile have yet to fully given me my missing minutes.  I had provided them all the records/ proof, but still to no avail.  This is their error, what is the deal.  Can anyone help?
