In this case, it's likely not possible because now we have a third-party involved. Even though the other person's account has been deactivated, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's eligible to be reactivated under your name. It doesn't hurt to check, though! Do you have an active account with us? If so, you can contact Customer Care via 611 or T-Force via Facebook/Twitter to file a request to get that number back.
