Hmmm -- that's strange, bosc2017! Are there any other devices that you have that *are* connecting to the router? This is an easy way to tell if the issue is with the router or with the device.
Are the new iPhone and iPad seeing the connection but not completing the connection? Do you see any error messages? We have some basic steps for Wi-Fi CellSpot Router issues here -- have you checked to see if there are any updates available to the router?
