I called customer service with the same question and the rep on the phone set me up,
gave me next day shipping for free and waived the upgrade charges.
Couldn't ask for anything more.
In store purchases had a $20 per phone fee.
Did they add that for phone orders?
I am an existing customer so I assume there is no SIM starter fee, although I need smaller nano SIMs vs my current phones.
No they didn't.
I called with the same question as you had and they told me it would automatically deduct the free one
but then the rep asked me if I wanted her to do it. I asked her if it was going to cost me anything if she did it and
she said she would waive all cost.
