Hey, anmolah! gramps28 is spot on regarding the process to move your line to it's own account!
However, you may not be able to keep your existing plan if it's grandfathered, so that's definitely something you'll want to have our Care or T-Force folks take a look at. Also, while we can typically send new ESignatures to help transfer an EIP from one account to another if the line is moving and the new account qualifies, JUMP! On Demand is different, and the owner of the lease can't change -- so it won't follow you to your new account. Sorry to be the bearer of this news but I'd rather you be prepared!
