Why am I still getting billed for my suspended account


    I called to suspend my entire account because we are in the UK for four months and are required by our employer to have UK cell phone numbers. All five lines show as suspended until the next day, regardless of what day I log on. AND, I am still getting billed the full amount for the lines. I was told I wouldn't be getting billed while the account was suspended. And I can't call in for help because I am in the UK. Please help me resolve this!
