You have to call to cancel.
You can dial 611 from your device to get in touch with them.
I think part of his point was the fact that the "Message Us" window always fails when trying to message you. And contacting you by phone is ironically a near to impossible task. Between the god awful wait music and the annoying service announcements. Frankly, the customer service is horrible, as there is none.
When you say you smply isn't a Tmobile employee.
That said the only way you can cancel an account is by calling support.
BTW I'm not a Tmobile employee either. This is a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation.
