Primary owner of family plan has isolated himself from family. He has fun messing with the family lines yet the CC of an other member remains on file and is still paying for 4 lines which are now being suspended constantly by the primary holder.
How can we remove the CC info? What options are available?
Oh man! This is not a fun situation to be in. Unfortunately as the primary account holder, they can lock the entire account down and nothing can be changed or modified. If the account holder will not let you remove the CC from the account, you may want to reach out to the back and have the card deactivated and a new one sent out.
