Rebate Denied/Lost??


    Hi! Whoever who can gimme advice please

    i been waiting for months for the rebate in the mail

    to only to be told the rebate is not longer valid.

    They say I never redeemed the rebate online and

    that I wait so much time it Has expired.

    It wasn’t my choice to wait that’s they told me to wait

    I call several times now and they told me I’m sorry

    You’re  not going to receive the rebate; that’s not fair

    the deal was buy one get one free; please help me

        Same with me, I was told that I was gonna get the rebate or the phone will be paid off from my previous cell phone service provider but still nothing!!!
