All devices sold by T-Mobile are locked to our network, but we customers can request an unlock code by meeting these requirements: Unlock your mobile wireless device. Once requirements are met, I recommend reaching out to T-Force via Facebook or Twitter to request your iPhone be unlocked or contact Customer Care via 611.
