Where's the Warranty Exchange phone?


    Worst mobile company-----T-Mobile with tons of useless employees who don't know their own policy!!!!!! I've been waiting for my warranty exchange phone(by saying Exchange, meaning I trade my damage device for another, but apparently T-Mobile has received my damage device but never exchanged anything for me yet)for 3 weeks and still haven't got it, after I contacted the Flushing Main Street store where I filed my case for 5 times and over phone representatives for 8 times, and I was given tons of different answers, such as "you should be able to receive it by tomorrow since you chose next day shipping" or "I have no idea, but nothing I can help but have you patiently wait", wth?! None of them could explain exactly of what's going on ?!!!!!
