No access to account

    Can't log in to my account I used in 2016 when I was in USA last time. So can't ask support what happend with my account. When trying to reset password I click on the link in e-mail, enter new password and see the following message:

    Oops! Your account details are rather new, please call Care at 1-800-937-8997 for authentication or come back later.

    But! Password changes!

    Then on logon page I see newerending rotating wheel and Chrome Developper Tools indicating error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () https://account.t-mobile.com/scripts/tmolib.js

    What to do? How to contact support? How to open account to put money on for using it next month?
