Has anyone else had a big drop in service quality in the Chanhassen, MN area? I have been with T-Mobile for over 18 years and have never experienced as poor of quality service as I have the past month and a half. I called and talked to a technical service agent and they said it may be this way for the next 6 months! That's very disappointing and causing me to consider other carriers if I can't have reliable service in the area I work and live.
