T-Mobile Tuesday App crashes after Update


    Hello, anyone else having this problem?


    Earlier this morning (6/5/2018) I logged into my T-Mobile Tuesday app as I usually do every Tuesday to claim my offers.

    A message appeared to update the app, which I did.  Since the update, the app crashes when I attempt to view any

    offer.  The error message below appears.



    The updated version is 4.7.2.  This is on my Samsung S8+.  I've deleted the data and cache

    & have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  I tried on my other Samsung S8+ phone

    on my account and have the same error.  Both phones were updated with the new

    Tuesday app today.


    Spoke with chat, was told to try clearing Google play data and cache and reinstall the Tuesday app, still no luck.

    Then told to factory reset the phone, which I don't want to do at this point.


    Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
