EIP Reimbursement stuck since March

    Switched to TMo from Verizon using the Carrier Freedom in March and the initial submission was pending approval but was refused (used a screenshot). Resubmitted using a pdf version of the bill and that didnt work either (representative suggested this). Now I have to mail in the actual bill.

     

    Upon the first submission I received a text stating I should be expecting something within 15-30 days but it has been 4 months since and counting.

     

    Is there anyway to expedite this?

     

    Overall if you are switching I would be cautious of the stated timeframes and expect the process to take a couple months but at this point it does not look like the reimbursement is happening.
