Sorry to hear your start with us has been rocky so far! Losing data is kind of odd cause if it was a compatibility issue, you would not be able to get data at all. Do you know anyone else with a T-Mobile branded phone that is also losing data in the same areas as you? When you were in the store, did they replace your SIM card?
