Unlocked Samsung S7 keeps losing data


    We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile a week ago.  I have an AT&T unlocked S7.  Not sure what the OS is, but it says it's up to date.  I am constantly losing data even though I have I have 4 or 5 bars.  I've been to the T-Mobile store 4 times and each time I leave with the phone "fixed" only to lose the data within hours. I was told the last time if the fix didn't work, I need to get a new phone.  According to T-Mobile, everything is good, the account, the APN and other settings.  Any ideas?
