Unable to view billing details and unable to update permissions

    Recently updated my service to include an additional line for my wife and the T-Mobile Military plan. Logged into my account today and I'm unable to view my billing information.

     

    I receive the following message:

     

    "Your line does not have sufficient permissions to view this information. Please contact your primary account holder and ask them to change your permissions. For more info click here."

     

    I have always been the primary account holder and even when I added the additional line a few weeks ago, I was then able to view the billing information. Very confused on what happened to my account settings.

     

    Going into my profile and attempting to update my line settings does not work (currently showing Permissions:  Standard Access)

     

    Any help would be appreciated.
