Why does this member portal suck compared to how it was?


    You used to be able to do useful stuff online as a T-Mobile subscriber -- Manage your contacts, send free text messages, and transfer your account from one SIM card to another.


    Now? No more. I can't even ask a question of official tech support because my phone is broken and I can't receive a security code. When I select "answer my security questions" it doesn't prompt me with said questions -- it just keeps sending me back to the previous screen. I'm so frustrated. If a family member weren't generously paying my phone bill I would not want to stay with T-Mobile for these reasons.
