I keeping getting a message saying ineligible account, account isn't up to date and wrong phone number but the app was working for me just the other day. I tired to log back in with the same number I always use but not letting me what should I do?
Oh no, legion805! Sorry for the delay in reviewing this post -- were you able to get the app working? If you're still bumping into trouble with the T-Mobile Tuesdays app then I would recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall it and then trying to log in -- do you still see the same error message?
